Keep Australia Beautiful Beverage Container Recycling Grant
The Keep Australia Beautiful Beverage Container Recycling Grant, funded by Coca-Cola Foundation and Coca-Cola South Pacific, has now been running for five years and has funded almost 200 community recycling projects across Australia to a total of $1.25 Million. The 2013 program announced 71 projects to a total value of $441,000 and this lead to the recovery of a combined 450 tonnes of recyclables.
The program is a unique opportunity for groups to undertake projects to improve recycling infrastructure and awareness in their communities. Applications are now open for the 2014/2015 round. Please refer to the website for more information http://kab.org.au/beverage-container-recycling-grants/
